Original Articles

. Reflections Article on Insight & Wisdom (Web or PDF)

An older 8 page article published in Reflections, the Society for Organizational Learning's (SoL) quarterly magazine. It reviewed what we found initially when we first started sharing this understanding with companies in connection with Leadership. It points in the right direction but suggests more doing that we now know is needed. Still a useful read. It also contains three extensive client commentaries.

. Stillness In The Eye Of The Storm (Web or PDF)

This article was written at the request of several clients during the 2008 fincial crisis. The request was "How do you maintain your clarity of thought in the face of turmoil?". Still relevant. The article explains how to stay connected to one's innate intelligence and wisdom when the circumstances seem to be conspiring against this. It makes the case that keeping your head is of double value when uncertainty and confusion reign.

Links To Pertinent Third-party Articles:

Although these articles and reports do not point specifically to the principles, they do suggest or hi-light their impact. As is common in many business publications, they do their best to explain the "why", by pointing primarily to outside events or specific characteristics of neuroscience. Whilst entertaining, their theories only remain true until the next, improved theory is developed. Rather than focus on that aspect, we would recommend the reader focus and revel in the phenomena that is being discussed. In most of the articles, this is the magnificence and unfathomable capacity of the mind to be brilliant. Please let us know of any bad links. Enjoy!
