Results
The consistency, speed, and ease with which so many positive effects occur across all of the work undertaken by our clients, is in our experience, remarkable.
To represent these results comprehensively, we have portrayed them in two different ways:
- In conventional terms – quantitatively - specific business outcomes with clearly defined or directly implied economic value.
- Qualitatively, to provide a sense of the human component.
The following table summarizes the two types of results. Click on either column or any of the boxes below for more specific examples.

Client Impact Metric
Our work is currently supporting $27-billion in revenue at our clients. This figure is based on the total revenue of our clients' organizations adjusted by whom and where we are working. For example, when we are working deeply with the CEO and their leadership team, our involvement is supporting the total revenue. If we are only working with a specific function or department, we only count 10% of the total revenue. Currently, the gross revenue of our clients is $240-billion.
Why This Understanding Works
An understanding of insight principles yields powerful results. This is because people are pointed toward the very source of new ideas within themselves and others. When people realize how perceptions, feelings and experience come from thought, they naturally eliminate from their minds a vast amount of unproductive thinking. Without this unnecessary mental clutter, people are free to utilize the best of the tools, existing systems and frameworks already in place and access all that they know. In addition, the medium for learning is personal realization and not rote memorization.
